The Camel Pub, restaurant and guesthouse

The Camel Pub, Restaurant and Guesthouse was the first hostelry to open on the now famous Ban Chang strip more than 15 years ago. It is situated at the west end of the street and is the first place (and hopefully the last!) that you encounter on your voyage down the ‘strip.

It has been extensively renovated and extended to what is now arguably the largest bar in the area It also offers sixteen well appointed rooms for rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Come in to the Camel and enjoy some of the finest British, American, Italian (including home made Pizza) and Thai food on the Eastern Seaboard. Our kitchen is open from around 7am till 11pm, seven days per week.

There are several state of the art televisions which show all international sporting events, including Football, Rugby, Cricket, Motor Sports, Aussie Rules and even synchronized swimming etc. There are two pool tables and a dart board. It has the largest range of Imported Draught beers in the area as well as a great list of Imported and Domestic beers, spirits, ciders and wines for you enjoyment.

Ban Chang being located close to several quality golf courses provides a hackers dream locale for a spot of relaxation. They can provide transport from Pattaya or surrounding areas, in certain instances free if you stay overnight. This offer not only applies to golfers…anyone wanting a “Jolly-Boys” trip to Ban Chang is welcome to contact them (8 people possible with no golf equipment) please see contact details below.

Next door you will find the Camel Village Shop offering home from home comfort to visitors and expats. Camel Pub and Shop video
