What a normal week looks like

For most residents, life in Ban Chang settles into a rhythm built around the essentials being close and the big-city extras being a short drive away: a market run, a gym or exercise routine, work at the airport or in the EEC's industries, evenings that lean toward the beach and the expat-bar circuit rather than nightlife-hopping, and periodic trips to Pattaya or Rayong for anything the town itself doesn't stock (things to do covers the quieter local options too).
